Disney Animals List: Rabbits

It’s time to find some Disney Bunnies!! I’m so excited for this one. And it’s just in time for Easter!

Thank you to the person who got this shot @ Disneyland!! I love it!

Here is a complete list of Disney & Pixar Animated Rabbits! We will start with movies all the way in the beginning. There are a few movies I never saw in the early 2000s (I know, it’s crazy) so if there’s animals from them I missed, please comment & tell me! I will not be offended. But on all the other classics and such, I know what I’m doing.

Ready, set, GO!!

1) Rabbits in the Forest- Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs(1937). The first bunnies are in Disney’s first film! Yay! We see one rabbit try to approach Snow White after her meltdown in the forest. Then they go with her to the Dwarfs’ house. And later, we see them like this:

Pretty cute!!

2) Thumper- Bambi (1942). Thumper is THE cutest!! As our second rabbit, he’s quite the character. We see him grow up, and we see him again in Bambi 2.

3) Thumper’s family- Bambi (1942). Thumper has a lovely mother who likes to make sure he’s polite. He also has a bunch of sisters! We see more of them in the new Bambi 2 as well.

4) Miss Bunny- Bambi (1942). Lastly from Bambi, there is of course, Miss Bunny. I love how much of a girl they made her. She even adjusts her fur like boobs!! LOL

5) Thumper’s Kids- Bambi (1942). YUP. Of course they had kids. Everyone did in this film after getting Twitter-pated. Lol These guys look just like Thumper too.

6) Br’er Rabbit- Song of the South (1946). Br’er Rabbit is the silly, trickster rabbit And of course we see him on Splash Mountain in Disneyland!

7) White Rabbit- Alice In Wonderland (1951). The White Rabbit is the one who leads Alice to Wonderland. He’s always late & works for the king. Oh yeah, and his house gets burned down too! Whoops….

8) March Hare- Alice In Wonderland (1951). The March Hare is a funny rabbit who hangs out with the Mad Hatter. Together they have tea parties & always celebrate Un-Birthdays. The White Rabbit even joins them on this one….

I believe this is when he yells “Butter!!” Lol

9) Rabbits in Forest- Sleeping Beauty (1959). Of course there are bunnies in this film! There are even two that dance in Prince Phillip’s shoes. So cute!

10) Merlin as a Bunny- Sword In the Stone (1963). Yup, Merlin as a Bunny is quite funny. He’s blue & he even loses his tail. I love all the animals these two turn into.

11) Bunny Family- Robin Hood (1973). This is quite a big family! The main kid is Skippy & it’s his birthday. I think he is the oldest boy. He has a bunch of siblings. We see him with two of his sisters the most. And of course, there’s their mom. Robin Hood gives them money after the Sheriff takes it from them.

12) Deadeye the Swamp Rabbit- The Rescuers (1977). There is a rabbit in overalls in the swamp that help ruin Medusa to help Penny escape. His name is apparently Deadeye. Honestly, I never knew that! But I love it when he picks up Gramps the turtle with a fishing pole.

13) Rabbit- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1977). Rabbit is one of Disney’s most iconic, stressed out bunnies ever created. And they didn’t even create him originally!

We also see him in the Tigger Movie, The new Winnie the Pooh movie & anything else Pooh related!

14) Bunny in snow- The Fox & the Hound (1981). Yes, there’s a Bunny in this sad movie. It’s in the snow during the hunting trip. Copper chases it away cuz he’s still a young pup. We don’t see it for very long, which is good cuz I don’t wanna see it get shot, do you?

15) Lucky Jack- Home On The Range (2004). Jack, or Lucky Jack, is a peg legged rabbit on Home On The Range. He’s a careless Jack rabbit who we get to see in the beginning of the film get away from danger by luck!

16) Rabbit Mom & Baby- Chicken Little (2005). That’s right, after a bunch of Winnie the Pooh movies, we get our next Bunny in this underrated film. When “the sky is falling”, we see a mom rabbit giving her baby a carrot, it’s pretty cute… until Chicken Little scares everyone.

17) Bunny in Bush- Tangled (2010).

“Stay calm, it can probably smell fear….” Need I say more??

18) Bunny- Tinker Bell: Secret of the Wings (2012). This cute bunny is one of the first ones to go into the snow for winter! Him and his buddies are pretty cute.

19) Officer Judy Hopps- Zootopia (2016). Judy Hopps is one of the best bunnies we’ve seen. She is smart & quick minded, after all, they are good at multiplying. Lol

To be honest, I think we need a Zootopia 2!! Who’s with me?!

20) The Hopps Family- Zootopia (2016). We can’t forget Judy’s parents & 279 brothers & sisters (and counting??). Her parents are pretty funny characters who of course worry about Judy wanting to be the first cop. As they said, they settled hard and didn’t follow their dreams. But their carrot farm is pretty successful.

21) Bunny that eats Pancakes- Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018). How could we forget this one? Disney was clever and showed us this guy in almost every commercial. Once the movie came out, the scene wasn’t in it…. until the very end after credits!! It’s quite hilarious & smart for Disney.

That’s it! Only 21 bunnies in Disney history! We need more because they are too cute, right? And let’s face it, seeing Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh a bunch of times isn’t enough.

Now I know what your thinking, “wait, what about Rodger Rabbit?!” Don’t worry, I didn’t forget. However, he and others in that film are part of Disney’s “animated sequence” movies. I will be doing those as lists too!

Thanks for reading! These Animated lists are fun to make.
